🔧 Installation Tips

  • Professional installation is highly recommended. VLAND is not responsible for damages or injury from incorrect installation.
  • Always wear safety gloves and eye protection.
  • Do not cut or connect any wires unless you’ve identified their purpose to avoid electrical shorts.
  • Solder all wire connections for best results and long-term reliability.
  • Ensure no exposed wires remain after installation. Use electrical tape or zip ties to secure any loose wires.

If you're having trouble installing or the product doesn't seem to fit properly, please contact our support team by email or WhatsApp. Our technical specialists will guide you through the installation.

🚚 Shipping Info

  • Orders may ship from different warehouses and in multiple packages.
  • Shipping methods vary by region and product type.
  • In-stock items usually ship within 24–48 hours.
  • Made-to-order/custom products may require extra time.
  • Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

💧 Condensation vs Water Leaks

Condensation is a natural result of temperature and humidity changes and is not considered a defect. If you notice mild fog inside your lights:

  • Park the vehicle in sunlight to evaporate moisture.
  • Ensure all seals, caps, and gaskets are properly seated and secured.

If actual water pooling or leakage occurs, please refer to the warranty policy or visit your VLAND site (e.g., vland-usa.com) for support.

🔁 Return Policy

Returns are accepted for new, unused products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original packaging.

Note: If a returned product is found to have significant scratches on the lens cover during our inspection — despite the customer’s prior confirmation that the item was never installed — a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This is to cover the loss in resale value due to visible damage.

Exceptions:

  • Items labeled “Non-Returnable”
  • Used, modified, or installed products

🛠️ Warranty Claims

We’ll handle warranty claims directly with the manufacturer. Please check the product page or your packaging for warranty duration.

Photos or videos showing the defect are required to process a claim. We offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements based on the issue. Return shipping labels may be provided, or you may be required to cover the return shipping cost depending on your location and claim type.

📉 Return Shipping Fees

If the return is not due to a VLAND error, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid label will be provided. Fees by item price:

International returns are accepted but return shipping must be arranged by the customer unless due to VLAND’s fault.

❌ Cancel Order

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an item has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse delivery and the item will be returned.

Note: Custom or "Non-Cancelable" items (as marked) cannot be canceled once production begins.

📍 Change Address

Address change requests may delay your order 1–2 business days. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. If the item has already shipped, we may be unable to reroute the package.
