Installation Tips

  • Professional installation is highly recommended. VLAND is not responsible for any damages or injuries due to improper installation.
  • Always wear eye protection and safety gloves to avoid any possible injuries.
  • DO NOT cut or connect any wires without identifying them to avoid any possible electrical shortage.
  • VLAND recommends soldering each wire connections for optimal connectivity.
  • Please check to ensure no electrical connection is exposed after installation.
  • To prevent damage to the product or vehicle, please use electrical tape or zip ties to organize loose wires.

Fitment Issues

Thank you for choosing VLAND. We want to make the installation of your new product as easy as possible. If you are having trouble installing your item, or the product does not seem to be fitting your vehicle, please let us know by sales' email or WhatsApp. Our Technical Customer Care specialists will assist you in installing your product.

Shipping Info

The shipping methods depend on your location. Many of the products on vlandwholesale.com will ship for free; if you do not see the FREE SHIPPING icon under the product description, simply add the merchandise to your cart and enter your address to see real time shipping costs.

There are a few important things to keep in mind:

1. Products may ship separately from different warehouses.
2. Available shipping methods vary depending on products and shipping destinations.
3. Merchandise that is in stock usually ships within 24-48 hours. Shipping time varies on items that are custom or made to order as they may have to be manufactured, painted, embroidered, or assembled. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay all applicable duties, taxes, & brokerage fees if happens.

Condensation Vs. Water Leak

As for headlights and tail lights, condensation is a common problem that all lighting manufacturers encounter. As climate changes, the humidity in the headlights or tail lights can cause the air to fog up. once the lights are turned on, the heat produced from the bulb will cause condensation.

  • Slight fog or light condensation is normal. If this happens, oark your vehicle in the sun t alleviate the condensation. then reaseat all gaskets and caps to ensure they are tightly sealed.
  • If water leak accurs please refer to your warranty guide either found in your packaging or please visit our website for more information.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures will be necessary to complete your request.

The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

  • Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
  • All used/installed items

Warranty Claim

We will handle manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Specific warranty information can be found in the "details" section of each product page. Pictures/videos of the flaw or defect will be necessary to complete your claim. We will double check the problem and try best to figure it out. We provide refund/exchange/replacement if has any quality problem. Shipping warrantied products back is simple with a prepaid shipping label, or you should buy the shipping label by yourself.

What Are My Shipping Fees?

For orders which reason for return isn't a result of a VLAND error, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. A prepaid shipping label(s) will be provided. The flat fee for each item being returned can be found in the chart below:

International returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by VLAND, a return shipping label will be provided.

Cancel Order

We all change our minds from time to time... We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
Whether you want a refund, store credit, or an alternative product we will process your cancellation request immediately and without any hidden fees.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • Non-Returnable products cannot be cancelled or modified once manufacturing has begun, they include:
  1. Items Marked "Non-Cancelable" or "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)
  • Items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or modified. 
  1. If you want to cancel the order after shipment, please refuse to sign the package when delivery and return it back directly.

Change Address

Please note a request to change your address may delay your order up to 1-3 business days, we may require additional documentation, and we cannot guarantee that this request will be processed in time as sometimes products ship more quickly than expected. If can, please contact us ASAP to change the address once you place the orders with wrong delivery address.
